Unique hotel, I stayed here with my baby. The breakfasts with many options to choose from.

Stayed here with my baby and everything was good. The location of the hotel was marvellous - at walking distance from Galeria Lamanai. There were stores and a market around the venue.

Nice restaurant, neat room with the bathrooms, a king size bed, the TV. Good and unbeatable location within a close distance from Caminarte. Based in an amazing area.

The room was tidy and the bathroom was large, I loved it. Everyone was superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating.

I got great value for my money at La Reina Roja Hotel Boutique. The room was a bit dark but comfortable overall. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the main strip and the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

Trouble with the hotel began immediately at the airport, we did not come to pick who we booked the hotel. I had to pay a premium for a taxi from the airport. Since we immediately took a pledge not clear what and demanded another 50 usd for, so we can use the refrigerator!! After the shower, the water poured into the room, all the while it was wet, shampoo and shower gel did not set ever. We laid on the bed tipped the cleaning lady thought understand that this is for a good cleaning and a shower gel, but instead of that, we saw swans out of towels on the bed ... The breakfast was just scrambled eggs, which had to ask for change, to somehow eat, juices were from the package, and soluble coffee ... not even 14 days waitress could not remember what I drink juice without ice. Towels for the beach has never been. I understand that the hotel is a party and loud music all night is inevitable, but I did not realize at the wall and screaming teenagers fighting ... WiFi was very weak and had to go out into the hallway. The hotel is a very good site that gives information not relevant truth ... Accordingly, you also give false information, I do not know if I can trust you in the future. Problemas con el hotel comenzó inmediatamente en el aeropuerto, no hemos venido a recoger que reservamos el hotel. Tuve que pagar una prima por un taxi desde el aeropuerto. Ya que no tomó inmediatamente un compromiso claro qué y exigieron otra usd 50 para que podamos usar el refrigerador! Después de la ducha, el agua se vierte en la habitación, todo el rato que estaba mojado, champú y gel de ducha no se estableció nunca. Nos puso en la cama con punta de la señora de la limpieza pensó entender que esto es para una buena limpieza y un gel de ducha, pero en lugar de eso, vimos cisnes de toallas en la cama ... El desayuno era sólo huevos revueltos, que tuvo que pedir el cambio, que de alguna manera comer, zumos estaban en el paquete, y el café soluble no ...

Best thing at this hotel is the rooftop pool & bar.

The room was large and practical with a cool balcony and the AC, as example and the overall experience was really unforgettable.

Enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean brand-new hotel. The rooms were modern, trendy, came with the bar as well as confortable beds. Its location walking distance from Coco Bongo was great.

Great location near 5th Avenue. Amazing service with 24-hour room service and airport shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: Highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel is fairly clean, nicely decorated and has marvellous and unbeatable location in a frickin' Hollister store. The units are practical, trendy with balconies, the bathroom had Skyrim and the AC.

Particularly good and amazing location away from the party area, and 5 minute walk from Coco Bongo. Also - close to Quinta Avenida and the beach and pubs strip and playa del Carmen right next to the beach/shopping strip and ferry to Cozumel.

Well priced hotel, it has extremely friendly staff at the reception desk. The setting is particularly good and amazing, adjacent to parks and parties, busy area. Centro district deserves to be explored.
